Every text from the field becomes a finished report.

Your crew sends one message from the jobsite. TextForm asks the right questions, gathers the photos and voice notes, and hands supervisors a complete, structured report. No app, no forms, no login for the person in a hard hat.

Paper forms wait until the end of the shift. Phone calls leave no record. Group chats bury the one message that mattered. TextForm captures what happened, while it is happening, in the one tool every worker already carries.

Watch a report happen

Real conversations, played back. Pick a situation to see what the worker texts, what TextForm asks, and what the team sees at the same moment.

One conversation, five answers

TextForm asks one short question at a time and waits for the reply. The danger check always comes straight after the first message. These are the default questions; each company can set its own for workers, foremen and managers.

  1. Describe it

Tell us what happened. Send text, a voice note, a photo or a short video.

  2. Danger check

Is anyone hurt or in immediate danger? Reply YES, NO or UNSURE.

YES or UNSURE marks the report urgent and alerts the project managers right away.

  3. Which job

What is the job ID or project name? Reply UNKNOWN if you do not know.

  4. Where on site

Where on site? For example: Level 2, east stairwell.

  5. Confirm

Reply CONFIRM to submit, EDIT to change the description, or CANCEL to stop.

One screen for every site

Supervisors see every report as it arrives, with the original conversation and evidence beside it. Assign it, acknowledge it, resolve it. Every action is timestamped and kept.

TextForm AI

AI works behind every text so supervisors spend less time sorting and more time acting. It suggests and describes; people stay in charge of every report.

Live

Reads every photo

Each photo a worker texts is described, categorized and tagged by Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, so you can search “scaffold” or “water damage” across every job. Possible hazards are flagged for a person to check.

Live

Suggests the right forms

TextForm notices what your crews report, who is on them and the season, then suggests ready-made forms from a library of 40 construction forms, each with the reason. No writing questions from scratch.

Live

Turns voice into text

Voice notes in English or Spanish become searchable text, with the recording kept beside it.

Coming soon

Drafts forms from your patterns

TextForm AI will learn how your crews work and draft new forms for your review before anything is sent.

Sample photo and results, shown for illustration. Photos are analysed in AmeriGo’s AWS account with Amazon Bedrock, which does not use them to train AI models.

Built for the jobsite, not the office

Evidence kept as sent

Photos, audio and short video are stored privately in their original form. A secure upload link, valid for one hour, attaches media straight to the right report.

Voice notes, transcribed

Spoken reports in English or Spanish are transcribed automatically, with the original recording kept beside the text for review.

Companies, projects and roles

Each company has its own admins, project managers and foremen, and people see only the projects they are assigned to. Known job IDs resolve to project names; anything unrecognized is flagged, never guessed.

A record that holds up

Assignments, acknowledgements, resolutions and reopenings are written to an audit history with who did what, and when.

Works from any phone

Plain SMS today. WhatsApp and RCS are being connected so crews can report from whichever app they already use.

Your questions, on your schedule

Build question sets for each role, send them to a crew, and schedule check-ins once, daily, weekly or monthly. Replies collect in one results table you can export.

Private by design

Field reports can describe injuries, damage and people. TextForm treats them that way.

Questions

Do workers need to install anything?

No. They text the TextForm number from the phone they already have. There is no app and no account to create.

What happens when someone reports danger?

A YES or UNSURE answer to the danger question makes the report urgent right away and alerts the project managers. TextForm is not an emergency service: anyone in immediate danger should call 911 first.

Can a worker send photos or a voice note?

Yes. Each new report includes a secure link for adding a photo, a voice recording or a short video, up to 20 MB.

How do workers start getting messages?

Add their mobile number in TextForm, then have them text JOIN to +1 (833) 845-4951. Nothing is texted to anyone before they do. Share or print textform.amerigo.com/join for your crews.

How do workers stop receiving messages?

Reply STOP at any time to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also email support@amerigo.com.

Who can see the reports?

Only signed-in people in your company, and only for the projects they are assigned to. Reports and evidence are never public.

Can it connect to our other systems?

Yes. A versioned API and a report-event stream let other tools receive new and updated reports as they happen.
