Terms of use

These terms apply to TextForm, a field reporting service provided by AmeriGo, Inc. ("AmeriGo", "we"). By texting TextForm or using the TextForm dashboard, you agree to them. Use of TextForm is also covered by our privacy policy.

SMS terms

• Program: AmeriGo TextForm. Workers text TextForm to report jobsite conditions, and receive automated questions, confirmations, scheduled check-ins and reminders from their employer or the company they work with.
• Consent: you sign up for messages from your employer by texting JOIN to the TextForm number, as shown at textform.amerigo.com/join. Nothing is texted to you before then, except replies to a report you text in yourself. By texting JOIN or a report, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will receive one confirmation. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@amerigo.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not an emergency service

TextForm does not replace 911 or your site emergency procedures. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first. Messages and alerts can be delayed or fail to arrive.

Accounts

Dashboard accounts are created by invitation from a customer company. Keep your password private and tell your administrator if you think your account has been misused. Your company controls your access and can remove it.

Acceptable use

Use TextForm only for genuine work reporting. Do not send unlawful, harmful or misleading content, content you have no right to share, or malware, and do not try to break or get around the service's security.

Content

Reports, messages and evidence belong to the customer company that uses TextForm. You give AmeriGo permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the service.

Service

We work to keep TextForm available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, AmeriGo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of TextForm. Your company's agreement with AmeriGo, if any, takes priority over these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use TextForm after a change means you accept the updated terms.
